I just received an sms (on my 0822155335 number) to say that I am subscribed to cellspice from the 7th of December and am being billed R700 a day! Never have i ever subscribed to anything ever since I have been with vodacom which is almost 7 years now! I would like an investigation done and demand that the amounts billed from this service be refunded. I am highly Dissapointed and disgusted that vodacom has absolutely no security measures in place to prevent this type of activity from happening automatically without even subscribing to anything!!! This is an infringement on my Consumer protection rights and I will take this matter further should this not be resolved. I would like an investigation done on all 3 of my numbers for any other hidden subscriptions with feedback.
