We live in an area where there are no cables, and no chance of them laying cables. As a result we are forced to resort to 3G. We have had a Vodacom contract for a number of years, but after having quite a lot of problems with speed we decided to "piggy-back" a 2nd contract with MTN as they have a tower very close to our house.
I want to thank MTN for their very user-friendly "data usage" display. We have never gone over our data usage, and when we have, we have purchased data timeously so it never affects our Account.
I have written two complaints already to Vodacom regarding dreadful accounts for overstepping our usage, and we have so far had no joy in resolving the problem.
Thank you again MTN. When our contract with Vodacom ends we will rather take another contract with you.
