Hi, I previous taken contracts with this vodacom and had such a great experience, I decide to use these guys again (HUGE MISTAKE), their service was pathetic! I waiting 45 mins and needed to be asked to be served!
I asked Hamilton abuot the vodacom contract on tv, I.e. BB 9320 @ R139pm. Plus some gift and he told me that's not vodacoms promo! After seeing it on tv again I'm really frustrated that the ppl there are incompetent and gave me incorrect information leading me to pay the incorrect amount for this contract now R149pm, further more my number has not been activated yet and its almost 2days!!!
This branch needs a wake up call!!! Pathetic service and I will never use them again!
