Today I called MtN customer care on 808 to inquire if they can help me out with an early upgrade. I explained to Thulani that my phone is a pivotal part of my business and that it has been giving me troubles since it was replaced. I don't want to claim through insurance due to the high excess but I need a phone that can do email and other smart services. I was blatantly told that I there is no option until May 2014.
I cannot continue like this. I have been a customer of MTN since before 2000
