I requested previously that my upgrade be cancelled as it was offered as a possible option. The phone was tested and suddenly I cannot exchange it and cannot cancel the upgrade. I was misinformed by the salesperson - no-one wants to hear what I have to say. Received a call from salesperson Bruce yesterday, asked if I could have the owners details. He blatantly told me NO, he is a disrespectful, arrogant individual, he told me to wait/hold on. After about 2 minutes I was still waiting like a fool for him to talk to me. I hung up. He phones back about 5 minutes later, Told me that the owner would contact me and sarcastically told me to have a great day. This is now becoming a major issue, all I wanted was to cancel the upgrade, within 7 days and everyone is giving me the runaround. Vodacom, you are going to lose one of you loyal customers. You are blatantly misleading your customers - you do not care for your customers. Money is your only care. Thanks for making customers feel like. Someone should call me so I can explain the WHOLE situation. Do not show or tell me about the fine print that I was NOT shown.
