Shocking Service!

My wife's phone was due for an upgrade and we went into the store to get the new phone etc. Calvin has a terrible attitude and was also very slow despite the fact that we advised him that we were in a hurry. When I asked him questions, he answered bluntly and did not bother to explain anything. He continuously disrupted the consultant next to him for help (despite the fact that the consultant had a client). When I enquired about the sim he advised that I must change it myself. I got home only to realize that a micro sim is required for a blackberry q5. Now I have to make my way to another cell c store to get a micro sim! I am actually appalled by the poor service and disappointed that we have chosen to upgrade the contract with cell c. I would have rather cancelled the contract and changed to Vodacom or MTN due to this extremely poor experience and service. Thank you for wasting our time Cell C! I am shocked by the terrible service and absolute waste of my time!
