WHAT HAPPENED TO VODACOM'S SERVICE

I went to Vodashop Rosebank Mall to upgrade on the 8th of Jan 2013. I decided to take the Nokia 311. For the extra credit amount I preferred vouchers. They gave me 4 vouchers, I had to go back 7 times to get the vouchers activated. I went back on 21 Jan 2013 because there was a crack in my phone end the battery only lasted an hour. They said the lady whos assisted is not, I have to come back, I told them that is bad service. I went back on the 22nd and Kgosi helped me after I phoned Vodacom, she took the phone and told me it must send to Sandton and it will take 5 to 7 days. I received a sms from Sandton shop with a job number on the 25th of Jan. They said they have already send all the stuff to Rosebank, they must contact me. Up until today, nearly a month after my uppgrad with bad service, personnel discussing with one another while I am sitting there, how they must remember to take taxi fair from the till, all the shops do, I still have not heard a word from the. I really need some help. This is the most terrifying service I have came accross in my life. Somebody please help me? I also looked everywhere for a pouch to cover the phone, not on the market yet. PLEASE HELP?
