Contract terms and how the package not explained

II have recently been contacted by Lucretia Khan with regards to upgrading my contract with Altech Autopage and was not explained the contract terms, and how the package works. The following was not explained to
oI was not explained the date the contract will become effective.
oAnd that the 2GB data was uncapped
oThey have been charging me /- R73 additional charges for the handset, which I was not told about when agreeing to upgrade.
I have now received a bill for R6000 for 2 days of internet usage after the 2G was finished.
Lucretia did mention that this deal is Vodacom Red VIP, I was not told once the 2G over I will be billed and what charges will become applicable. Manager Collin says the consultant didn't have to tell you this, that the 2G is uncapped. This should have been mention to me when I asked Lucretia Khan what will be the total amount I would be billed for every month. She did not mention that the amount would differ depending on the data usage.
I am disappointed with the service from the contact centre, no proper feedback given to me, I have asked for calls to be retrieved and to date I have to be contacting Autopage for feedback.
