I took my mobile in for a screen replacement over a month ago (15 November 2013), every time i call cell c jabulani mall when i am supposed to collect it, they are always offline, so cant check for it. last excuse on Tuesday was that they had a break in at the shop on the weekend and i should call again after an hour. iv even been to the store to check in person if the phone is now available. this is unacceptable, i wasnt given a loan phone and use a micro sim so i cant even use my primary number because i dont have another smart phone which uses a micro sim lying around. i need my phone back now, its been over a month and i paid the access with the insurance and emailed the POP a while ago! - K Zizi. i need answers TODAY! email: [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] or call 0843236375
