Moving of landline from Brackenfell to Krugersdorp

I logged a call at Telkom to move my existing line from Brackenfell to Krugersdorp, they confirmed on 29/11/2013 the Tecnician will come on 02/12/2013 to do the installation. He arrived and then notified us that he must order a cable - this was on 02/12/2013. Up to this point I had no correspondance from them on when this installation will be done, I tried 10 times to phone the call centre option 4, but must hold for more than 15 minutes and then I hang up! I think it it poor service delivery from there side and I am wondering if I must actually continue to do business with them?
