After callling several times a day and never having the phone picked up on the other side, I finally got through to Vodacom Tyger Valley today. But my relieve was shortlived because the lady on the other side was snooty and slammed the phone down in my ear. Upon calling back, someone else picked up, gave me the previous lady's name but somehow nobody was able to supply me with her surname. I asked the second lady to call me back with all the details, because I need it to report the snooty and downright rude person, but after an hour, I am still waiting.

My phone has been at the Advanced Repair Centre for more than a week now, for a simple software issue. I also had a similar issue with a MTN phone of mine, and I got the phone back within a day. Why is it taking Vodacom 7-14 WORKING DAYS? I regret having to deal with Vodacom and will definately NOT renew the THREE contracts that I have with them.
