Why advertise an Ipad when there is no stock!!

I was very appalled and disappointed with the level of service that i recived from Telkom SA.

A Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (P5200) on SmartInternet 2.5GB is currently being advertised but there is no stock and no one can confirm when this will be available.

Question is, why advertise this gadget if you cannot supply this to your customers???

And why do you promise to call customers back when no one bothers to do this? i had to call Telkom and follow up to get answers
