I got a contract about 2 months ago. and ever since then I have not had consistent service from MTN. I am able to receive calls, send and receive texts, data works, but can not make calls. No numbers work, even 808 and 100 don't go through. I keep going to MTN stores and all say the same thing. there's no problem from MTN, either they don't know what the problem is or i must switch off diverts (meaning I can't get voicemails).
As far as I'm concerned MTN is in breach of their side of the contract. My payments are up to date. So I don't know what the problem is.
