I agreed to take your service just to find out later when my phone stopped working that I can wait up to 30 days for activation, I then said cancel contract because i can not go without my phone for 30 days I was told no problem but cancellation also takes 30 days its now been 37 days since cancellation and my phone is still not working and no matter what I do or say nothing can be done I just have to wait! i was told there is no way to contact a superviser or a manager or anybody eccept for consultants i have sent 6 emails and not one reply up to date??? If I was told on "recorded" phone call that my phone would be out of service for 30 days i would have never agreed to take your product - very misleading and worts service I ever recieved from any company
