I had my contract upgraded yesterday at Vodacom Walmer Park Shopping Centre. What a pleasant experience. First, the consultant/Sales Lady named Cindy was so informative. She was very patient when I couldnt decide between two phones. She answered all questions patiently and waited for me to finally decide. She went the extra mile to inform me about the costs involved regarding data and sold me once off data to save me money in the end. All with a smile.
Then, I went over to your data guru, Brian, what an awesome guy. He transferred all my data from the old phone to the new one and patiently explained everything he was doing, never mind his patience with all my 10 000 questions. He worked fast and efficient. Also, all with a smile.
Thank you Vodacom for going the extra mile to make my life easier. Keep it up. You have two wonder people at that branch.
