I recently upgraded both my numbers I have at Cel C. My previous contract included Insurance for both cellphones - I have ALWAY had insurance on my celphone for obviouse reasons.

So when I upgraded recently, I assumed the insurance I had with CelC for my celphones would automatically be carried over to my new and far more expensive celphones. No one advised me otherwise. Surely this should be explained to the client and the option to renew the insurance offered?

So you can imagine my surpise, when my phone having been tonight in Canal Walk, I immediatley went to block the phone etc. I then informed them that I would be going to the police and would submit all document in the morning. It was then that I was informed that I no longer had insurance!! I was astounded and furious. How could I not have been informed that my new phone was no longer covered by my insurance and why was I not offered it when I collected my phone!

This is shocking.

I am extremely upset and angry and am now having to pay for a phone I no longer have!!! This is unacceptable.
