A few weks ago i made a complaint about my signal on the farm and that Vodacom is not getting back to me. After i wrote to Hello Peter i got a response in about 2days. Theye were very sorry in not getting back to me and they promised that they will get a technician out to come and assist us on the farm, it's been 8day and still nothing and the problem is just getting worse. My husband pays a monthly premium on his contract he can never use his phone and nobody can get hold off him either. I have a contract with bbm, i can hardly ever send a bbm without getting so frustrated off it not going through, people will send me bbm's at 8 in the morning and i will only get them at 13:00 in the afternoon nobody can get hold off us. Now i ask you what must i do, must i change service providers as im not getting help from Vodacom or what i cant believe that such a big company cant even help you as a customer trying to run a bussines.
