Bad Service and Unwilling to Assist

Hi Khumo (Vodacom represetative)

Since Tuesday, I have been trying to get my name off the ITC for a contract that was taken with Vodacom without my Knowledge and consent. Initially, I was told to send through an Affifavit. I called a day late to be told I need to fax it again directly to your Fax (0866094453 att Khumo). The affidavit was uploaded only yesterday. When I called in I was told my matter has not yet been escalated, that I need to send a copy of my ID. I did exactly that. I called in today, you told your agent you have not received the ID copy and I should send again... Is this another about to manifest?

And if, it takes this long just to file my details with you guys. How long is it going to take to get my name off the ITC? Please contact me directly and advise what exactly do you want, as I need my name off that list. I am really starting to get annoyed
