DONT EVER TAKE A CONTRACT OF ANY KIND FROM ISMART

If you ever take a contract from I smart, please be sure that you will be billed for a phone switched off and in a cupboard locked away not to be used at all, i took out a contract from i smart and to be discover that the top up service will only be loaded to your phone on the 17Th of every month and then on the 18th there is nothing left so you might just as well put the phone away because it does'n not matter how many phone calls you make to find out what happened to the air time that was loaded by the 18th there is nothing to be used any way, and nobody can tell me why and month after month they deduct the contract fee from your account but the phone can not be used.

How is it that nobody have any concern what you pay for and now for the last 4 months i am having the same problem and now i cant even cancel the contract, then i will get sued. and if you asked for an itemised bill that is not available, so learn from my mistake, don't take out an top up contract from i smart, you will pay for something you can not use BEWARE IT IS BEEN 4 MONTHS I CAN NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THAT WILL BE ABLE TO MAKE ME SAY THEY CARE BECAUSE THEY DON'T!!!
