This is my second post with my case. It has now been 10 days and I still have no landline or internet. The amount of money I have lost due to this (I work from home) has resulted in my family going on holiday with me staying at home to try make this up. I have spoken to Managers in Pretoria (Boipelo), Durban (Rogan and Lucky) and no one has helped me. I have told them where the problem is, yet no one has fixed it. I have had 3 different fault numbers, 2 of which have been escalated. The worst is that they came to fix it on Friday, did nothing and then left sending me an sms saying it has been fixed. NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED!!!
I was told last Friday and Sunday that I would not have to wait any further, yet I am now told that the earliest they can fix my problem is this coming Friday. This is unnaceptable. This is further made worse as I am told that I have to be home when the technicians come. I said that is fine provided it is before 11am. I am told this request cannot be done, and I would now have to take AN EXTRA DAY OFF WORK so I can sit and wait for the techinicians. At this rate I am going to have to take a loan so I can pay off the money I have lost from this companys issue
