Incorrect or Missing items shipped

I did a upgrade via phone/website to a Nokia Lumia 925. I did receive it today but they sent me the wrong SIM card and also the deal included the Power Bank Battery Back Up that I also did not receive.

Now I need the SIM this week as I'm going on holiday and the Power Bank Battery backup. Now apparently they will only send it in 72 hours. So I will not be here to receive it. Now I have to go to a Vodacom shop and buy the SIM card myself and the consultant online said that I will not be able to get a refund. So now I have to pay for a fault Vodacom made. The Power bank will also now be sent to my house, but I will most probably not be here so what is going to happen to this device?

I will never do a upgrade with Vodacom online again. If I knew this service is going to this much I would have gone to a Vodacom outlet last week already and everything would have been sorted.
