It is that time of the life-cycle of my contract again where I am able to upgrade, and yet again, as was the case 2 years ago, Vodacom is not able to deliver, this time a 16 GB grey iPhone 5s. On my query of how come this problem still persists, I was just referred to Vodacom's customer care division, without a very clear reason other than that the model is not in stock. When will the day arrive when supply will meet demand, even after "booking" one on their website?
