I called Vodacom business to cancel 2 business lines, upon calling them the phone was answered but I could only hear people talking in the background. After approx 1 a min a lady by the name of Gugu Nkhosi answered. She had a very poor attitude when I told her I was waiting on the phone for her and effectively told me im lying. After I told her I dont want to argue with her and she must just simply assist me she gave a hugh sigh like she is doing me a favor. What a pity this customer contact was such a disaster for such a simple query.
