It is with regret that I am forced to report Telkom for poor service delivery.

Reported at least 5 issues this year about my home dsl being off and unstable. Every time I ask the technician what can we do or who can we call to get better quality service... Every single time the technician just replied and said "our area have bad lines". I always will be a user of dsl, but seriously telkom you can't sell products knowing that infrastructure is bad. I have a 4/10mb line, I was told the 4mb is guaranteed but I am only getting like 3mb out if I want a stable line.

At 3mb my "Downstream attenuation" is most of the time above 55 and when I am lucky and having a nice day of dsl, its around 50. This means that I can't get the 4mb "guaranteed" line speed...

Please this is a plea to have good and stable internet, I will for the rest of my live be a client but for that I need better dsl.
