After porting from mtn (no signature or proof of deal/contract) to a contract my number was allocated to some other person. They refused to accept cancellation (wich according to national credit act is my right to do) and just deleted my number from the system because the consultant said there is nothing he can do.. This number is used for both my companies. Now I have no number. Vodacom has no aproval from me to have done this.
