In July 2013 i requested my number to be migrated From staff-lines to my personal name.
i asked to be migrated from Business chat 400 to Straight up 200 top up.
my calls have been barred more than 3 times and i was told that i owed cell c R3000 for handset fees. i asked to be migrated i never wanted to buy a handset.
i called the callcentre on 22/10/2013 at 17:08 ; 28/10/2013 at 17:25 and 29/10/2013 at 13:31 i can supply you will call recordings.

none of the call center agents could tell me why im being billed R3000 handset fee. Straight up subscriptions are a combination of a Handset fee and the tariff fee. why are they not combined?

on 16/12/2013 i did a sim wop at Cell C west gate and i was told that im on Pre-legal FOR WHAT?
combine the handset fee with the Tariff fee to make a monthly subscription like its supposed to be.

REMOVE MY NAME ON YOUR PRE-LEGAL LIST

all your agents could not tell me why is it like that and i was told that billing will get back to me..
