We reported our business ADSL line faulty on the 4/12/2013 and received a reference number 893CRK. we were told it would take about 24 hours. on the 5/12/2013 we called again in the afternoon and received a escalation reference number 29881 and were promised that this would be resolved in the next 24 hours. till today after calling Telkom every day since the 4/12/2013 we had no service from Telkom. How does Telkom run a business or expect us to run our business if this is the service they insists on giving their clients???
