Extreme poor service by fat cat Telkom

14th August notice given for Cancellation; Transfer & relocation of lines, spent 2:30 hours with consultant. (T. Abraham) He captured all my request and gave me receipt with Telkom stamp on it. On 2nd Sept called customer care @ 8:24. Consultant told me waiting for order letter. So visited again at customer care office on same day afternoon, New consultant inform me that its a business account so he cannot assist and told me that reciept I have its invalid and nothing is on record..!!??!!! He told me that T Abraham gave me incorrect info. All business account holder MUST deal with their call center and he gave me Ondella contact number. I sent her order letter with all require documents. Yesterday my lines were cancelled without notice and lines are not transferred. Now my business without contact and internet access. I called Ondella this morning and demand for transfer today but she cannot assist, she transferred call to Jennet, she has bad attitude. She told me she cannot tolerate shouting and swearing, if I do she want help me..!!!???!! I DID NOT swore her, i was angry for poor service delivery and raise my voice that's all. Its anyone form Telkom can help me today? PLEASE...
