My wife's cellphone contract reached the end of its two year cycle. I am trying to cancel the existing contract, and then convert to a pay as you go contract. According to Telkom offices at Centurion mall, this process will take up to 5 days. I submitted the documentation on 21 October via email, and again on 19 November. You guessed it: to date, no response. On their website they offer all kinds of new contracts and packages etc. I would like to suggest that Telkom Mobile rather try to introduce customer service!! And yes, the number 081 180 NEVER gets answered
