My account gets cut off every month after I make payment due to their incompetence. None of the statement closing balances ever correspond, none of my payment amounts EVER appear correctly on the statement either. Smses received from them has a different amount due EVERYTIME. When you call to try sort out what is going on, you get sent from pillar to post with no one knowing what answer to give you as to why the account is in this state. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful and you get absolutely nowhere. Management is someone different everytime, or they are simply not available to speak to you, neither do they call you back, thus you are left with a suspended account regardless of making all efforts to try find out what is going on. Dont even waist your time sending them emails or proof of payments as this simply gets ignored or conveniently never received.

Due to this and my nature of work Althech has cost me to lose customers and cost me to spend extra costs everytime they suspend my line because it means i need to buy pay as you go airtime and data to solve this issue.
