I received a new contract phone BB 9320 on Monday 28/01/2013, i called on Tuesday to activate my BIS, i was told it would be within 2-24 Hrs. This was NOT done. I called on Wednesday, i was told it was a technical prob, spoke to Technical dept (Leon) still not working. Called 31/01 again, still no joy, now they want to pick up my phone and give me a new one only 1 week later - what do i do in the interim, and i'm paying for the contract but dont have a phone? Now today im on hold and being transfered from one consultant to another.
