Received a bill of R156 (R7/day) for a subscription I never subcribed to. The number being billed is a MTN wireless router and not even an active cellphone. Sent emails to [Email Removed] but no response other than an automated response. Spoke to call centre agent at Mira Networks who was absolutely useless and had a terrible attitude, couldn't even assist me with any of my queries. Not going to let this rest until I receive a full refund from these artists.
