I checked my account and discovered that I have been billed for content which I know nothing about. I complained and was informed that it is cellspice. I have never authorised this sub, and do not understand why the cellphone service providers allow this, unless they get the back handers from these content sellers.

I logged my complaint with Vodacom on the 15 November 2013, when I followed up on the 24 November, the supervisor on shift promised to escalated as there was no progress recorded on the system. I called on the 3 December to see if there was any progress I was given a Waspa number to call as there was nothing they could do about this, because, apparently I subscribed to some service that I know nothing about.

Vodacom took money from my account without my consent, and now they are busy blaming me and/or Cellspice for this, and no one is prepared to help or direct me to where I can get help.

It is not the first time that this is happening to me with the current number. It happened 2 years ago when I was on prepaid. I lost R 54 worth of air time, but after several e-mails and calls I was refunded. Now this time it involves a lot of money. I need refund of all deductions
