Cell C
UI 19 request

I submitted my request to Cell C well over two weeks ago, requesting my UI 19 documents. I was employed by Cell C for about 3 years and contributed towards UIF and need to submit same to the Department Of Labour. I was promised these documents back then and to this day, no one has bothered to come back to me, although I made follow ups with one Frieda from their HR department. I'm at my wit ends and really need these documents before the department and Cell C closes for December holidays.
