Paying for someting i dont have

I went into centurion mall mtn applying for a contract
my application got approved, i wanted the samsung S3 the platinum one which they did not have in stock.
i said ill wait for it to come in please contact me when it does.
a week went by still nothing and i needed a new phone asap.
so i went back into the store saying okay ill take the white one.
then they didn't have micro sim's and once again could not give it to me.

i walked out and into vodacom getting exactly what i wanted.

the end of the month came and mtn deducted from my acc.
i went back into mtn about 6times now and this problem has still not been resolved after having spoken to don't know how many peolpe and all saying no don't worry we will sort it out and you will get your money back.

and this morning mtn went off my acc again.

this is seriously pathetic service and if this problem is not resolved wit me being re em-burst for all the money with in the next 48hours i am going to the news papers with this letting every body know how great the mtn serves really is. i mean how many times does one have to ask

its a blessing I'm with vodacom, imagine all the problems i will have if i was actually a mtn client
