No service on my line. NO DSL and NO Dialing Tone! After hanging on my cell phone for half an hour I eventually get to speak to a consultant. "It is in the technicians hands" I am told. What a bad attitude for customer service. Can't complain about the service --- because there is NONE! Even though fault was reported 16Dec - I have been out of service since Friday 13th December - just could not get through to report it. Monday I decided to report it via internet - but response and feedback is awful!!!
