Pathetic Service AGAIN

Since my last complaint to hello peter, I am still in the same position i was in then. I have taken my phone in to Autopage Canal Walk as agreed. it has been just under a month now and was shocked today when I was told that nothing has been done to my phone as yet. apparently it was booked in to be replaced, but could not be as the cover had scratches on. Furthermore the Canal Walk store advised that I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks to have it repaired as it would only be booked in now, a whole month later...
I did not ask for a new phone, I just wanted my phone to work properly.
I am utterly disgusted and disappointed at the way I have been treated as nobody seems to even know where my phone is or what the issue is, nor are they able to tell me who I should speak to. I am honestly angry that I am stuck with this pathetic company until my contract expires
