I have trouble with ADSL line! If it rain it is off! I log a fault through my service provider and the line are fixed but the high decibels are still there! I have a 2Meg line and my download is abvout 1.78 but my upload is 0.4 and that is not suppose be that low! The high dB's on my line need to be sorted out and nobody seems to listen! I have told that to the line technician but they do not even bring test equipment with that can test the dB's! According the my Service Provider the dB's should be less than -55dB's! This problem needs to be sorted out! I am very frustrated with Telkom when they do not LISTEN to the client!
