Poor Service Standards

On friday evening i took my blackberry in for repairs at Canal walk. There was only 3 consultants on duty and i had to wait 30min before being helped.

I was told that it takes 30 days and up to 6wks to have your phoned repaired as it has to go to Johannesburg. I requested a loan phone.

Complaints:
*3 consultants on a month end at a busy mall unacceptable.
*loan phone: is a no name phone with lots of problems, people cant hear u when u speak,
currently the pathetic loan phone is giving a message limited service.
*no updates, not even an sms to say phone was booked in.
*how many nashua branches is there in cape town but phone must go to jhb for repairs making the customer wait an extra week.
*my husband had his bb repaired via VODACOM within TWO DAYS.
*Nashua THIRTY DAYS for REPAIRS
*nashua standards are below standard, i will not be renewing my contract due to the service i received.
*i took my phone in on friday as i work during the week i doubt that it actually left cape town yet,

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET
All my contacts are on my bb and unfortunately u cant save it to sim, which is major problem.

*Still awaiting an sms to say my phone is booked in.
