This is the third time i have been hammered with a huge data bill, even though i have wi-fi at the office and at home, I specifically asked for data to be capped, the last time this happened.
With an average bill of R2000 i would think they would look after me as a client and NOT take advantage with this.
Vodacom is taking advantage of their clients and i have had enough. Lets take this to the Consumer Council and get it stopped once and for all.
