What Happened to the stellar Service?

So I have two accounts with Afrihost - one under my sisters name in Cape Town and one in the Northern Cape under my name.

Being the "administrator" for both I deal with every single issue. And there have been many. Firstly my 027 Number had numerous issues - with download speed ranging from 0.1 - 1Mbps on a 2Mbps line. I got my excuse - the exchange needs to be updated. I laid a complaint at ICASA and will await their response.

Now on the 021 number (Account policy number) at my sisters place, I upgraded to a Business ADSL for the time being I am here, and even before I came nothing but problems. Line keeps disconnecting, slow irregular speeds (Even before the system issue today) and sometimes its so bad, i can't even run a speed test.

Both times, when I switched over to a free ADSL account with a different ISP, No problems (by the way using one now to write this complaint). I have thought of starting reselling as there are many clients in my town and have recommended Afrihost - that all stops now.

I will wait until Jan before I make my move over the a better ISP.
I am actually disappointed.

PS: Don't tell me about Gigs used - when my speed during the day, when I work is bad.
