On the 24 MAY 2013 i went to branch to update fica details as per bank request, once there also upgrade from savings account to silver bundles chq account. Fikele the lady who assisted me said they will take care of all my debit orders being notified of my bank account being changed i signed a form an everything. its the 25th of June an none of my debit orders have been notified of this changed. I HOPE THEY WILL DEDUCT THE RETURNED DEBIT ORDERs of R100/R110 from FROM fIKELE taking a whole month to process a silly change banking details which is standard procedure when a client upgrades account. I would also like to mention on the 15 june i went to promenade branch to collect credit card where they like to my card & set my internet banking limit. today i want to do a transfer limit not set. This FRUSTRATES me, you say today tomorrow together huh what a load of rubbish!!! i call head office to complain it will take 5days to investigate they say so it will take more than 30days which had to be a effortless process to a OF ALOT OF INCONVIENCE. now i want to change banks more than ever
