BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

I upgraded my phone on Saturday, 07 December 2013 to a Samsung S4 LTE with Springs MTN. Ever since that day the phone has been unusable. The phone would just hang on startup screen, overheat and switch off on its own. I have to remove the battery and put it back on for the phone to respond. Yesterday, (Wednesday) I took it back to the outlet only to find an assistant manager (Christo Venter) who is very arrogant. He took the phone, fiddled with it for a while and returned it to me saying he cant find any fault with it. I got angry 'cos it now seemed as if I was creating a story about this phone. He even told me to leave the store if I continue to insist that Im not taking it back & must have a look at it or give me a new phone. I left the phone with him saying that he'll have a look at it over night so as to establish that my claim is correct. Apparently he took the phone, restored it to factory default and used it over night, something that I seriously doubt whether its in order, and nothing happened to the phone. He phoned me this morning (Thurs) indicating that the phone is fine & I collected it. After making a few calls it got back to its old tricks. Very bad attitude from a manager.
