My query of the 4 Dec 2013 is still not resolved and the remark from Virgin Mobile is that their ATTEMPTS to contact was unsuccessful whereas I only received one missed call from their office and an email, of which I responded to. I'm now surprised to have not heard anything from Virgin Mobile to date. If they were serious and concerned to resolve this matter, I believe they could have attempted to contact me once more and not only ones... and stop claiming that they tried to contact me on several attempts. I have proof of their one missed call.
