Hi I'm using a cell c sim card that I have been using now for more than seven (7) years as a prepaid, this month my BIS expired and today the 19/04/2013 loaded airtime and try to activate the BIS but I couldn't because of some error message, I then called cell c and they told me they can't help me as my sim card is owned by RMCS which I don't even know who the is that, they gave me a number to call and I was attended by the lady called Ester, she asked for my number, name and surname which I gave, then she asked for my ID number claiming that the only way to cancel the contract which I don't know was for me to give the ID number, I refused because I don't have any contract with any shop or don't owe any accounts. Please help
