MTN allowed a company called Mira networks to illegally deduct money from my account for something i never agreed/subscribed to. When becoming aware of this actions by both companies, Mira and MTN, i stopped the " subscription " and demanded my money back from MTN.
A month has passed and nothing! no feedback, e-mails, nothing! My gripe is with MTN because i've got a legal contract with them and they cannot allow a 3rd party to instruct them to deduct money from my account, it's!
They first need to contact me and find out if i entered into such an agreement or subscription? Till toady, no one from MTN has contacted me wrt this problem.
We as MTN and CellC clients are sitting ducks to these because our service providers does'nt protect us!!
