Reported home line faulty on the 08/11/2013, technician came out and repaired cable. 16/11/2013 no phone line again. Mentioned to technician that it would be better if phone lines where removed from the back of the property to the front or even fibre optic cables put in. Tech said that we would have to pay for it. What utter rubbish. We deligenlty pay our landline rentals and pay for calls made. Why cant Telkom offer us a far better service so that they can retain customers. That is why so many customers are opting for NEOTEL.
Wish that I could get some feedback from Telkom. No senior management or supervisor returns calls or contacts customers or better still give us a better deal for our money.
