At the beginning of this month I reported on Hellopeter the poor business ethic of Virgin Mobile, where the customer has to pay for Virgin Mobile's mistakes. It seem from the spate of reports this month that this incompetence seems to have become culture. So I should not be surprised that my matter has still not been resolved.
Vuyiswa Mthambeka contacted me in response to the Hellopeter report, initially resolved the issue, but thereafter failed to respond when the problem resurfaced. To add insult to injury my service has been deactivated and I have still not received a proper bill and have to resort to other actions to prevent Virgin Mobile from debiting my account as I cannot trust them.
I fail to understand how a brand like Virgin can be associated with such unacceptable service standards.
There must surely be at least one competent person at Virgin Mobile to uphold its brand??
