I am rather desperate with this situation, my adsl is extremely slow to a point where I cannot use it. It is suppose to be a 4mb ADSL line, yet it pings at 700ms and download speeds equivalent to 28k dial up... We are trying to run a small business off this ADSL, and we are unable to do so! I have logged this fault countless times and I have a fault reference number (444CRK071213). Please can I get urgent assistance with this.
