So waiting from the 1st complaint which was the 18th of November I receive a sms stating they have credited my account & a call to say it has been estabalished that it was an internal. I now receive a statement that says sorry for you but no credit was done. I am just amazed by the lack of concern for the customer maybe its now time to find a lawyer & excercise my constutional & consumer rights.
